We want to guarantee you the most satisfaction with your order. That is why we are committed to the best quality in packaging and why we are giving every item our love with the most careful handling.

Every order will be padded and sent in a shipping carton or envelope. The items itself will be packed in polybags.

Orders are carefully counted and packed. Should an issue occur, though, please contact us immediately.

We apologise for the postage cost increase but we couldn't absorb the Royal Mail's large price rises.

Please note, that the postage sometimes is calculated as small parcel but will fit into a large letter. We will always refund excess postage if we can send it cheaper.

Every item is only moved in order to count and sort it.

Please bear in mind, that during the production process, the bricks were moved by machines, thrown into bags, shipped and then sorted by hand and stored. Therefor new bricks can have small scratches, too.

Orders are shipped in 2-5 days.
